The beds were so comfy, the room was spotless , so clean, staff were so happy to answer our questions about transport and the city etc.

Very close to tramway station. It takes 10-15 minutes to center. Location is very good. Breakfast is continental and excellent. Staff is super kind (Special thanks to trainee lady -apologies, I forgot her name- who is Spanish speaker). Room is useful and quiet, bed is is so comfortable. Hotel Exe made our holiday much better, Danke Schön!

The property was very clean and close to the city centre. You have the tram station right in front of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean although didn’t felt like 4 stars, i stayed in room 202.

Worst 4 stars ever, breakfast expensive for what is offered, no clear instructions for Wi-fi, too warm room, unprepared staff, dodgy forms that requests for email address and them spamming you with junk comms. It is barely a three stars, even the lack of coffee or kettle, as well as an additional proper bed for children complete the picture of this hotel. Not to be disregarded the complete absence of luggage storage tags, and stored in a disused meeting room. Avoid this place.

Good place for a fairly reasonable price, you can walk to the center (for example Stephansplatz, about 3 km), there is also a tram passing by the hotel. The room was not big, but sufficient and has everything you need, I liked that there was a bathtub.

It’s the 3rd year in a row we’ve stayed. Always hassle free. Lovely staff. Nice fresh clean rooms. We frequent the Green rooms bar which is a couple of minutes away so it’s an ideal stay for us. 17 first year, 9 last year and 10 this year. Cash point, supermarket and takeaway close by.
